Little Things Suds N' Snips is proudly owned and operated by Lesley Richards, an experienced, caring and passionate groomer who has been helping pets look and feel their best since 2003.

Lesley believes every visit to the salon should be a positive experience, where both pets and their people feel welcomed, relaxed and part of the Little Things family. Whether it's a puppy's first groom, a regular pamper session or a breed-specific style, every pet is treated with patience, kindness and genuine love.

As an Internationally Certified Master Groomer, along with qualifications in Pet Grooming, Companion Animal Industries and Companion Animal Hygiene, Lesley combines over two decades of hands-on experience with extensive knowledge of breed styling, animal behaviour, nutrition, first aid and pet care. She has also enjoyed competing in grooming competitions across Australia, earning multiple awards throughout her career.

Lesley's passion for animals began at an early age, volunteering and later working at her local veterinary clinic before spending many years showing and training her beloved Boxers. Today, she's kept busy by her own furry family—rescue cats Emma and Toby, her West Highland Terrier Kentucky, Bunny the Bichon and her Shetland Sheepdog Nashville.
